Exciting news! Amerikalink contact center, has announced that it is changing its corporate name to Connempathy. The name change to Connempathy accurately describes the company’s service offered to the contact center industry.
“We are excited about this chapter with our company’s new identity,” said Ruben Rosas, Connempathy’s General Manager.
“The name change reflects our responsibility to keep the level of quality our clients demand in order to provide the same great service their customers would expect. It appropriately reflects who we are and what we do here, at Connempathy”.
